We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on most of the jewelry purchased from our website www.carminflint.com (see below for exceptions). You have 30 calendar days (starting from the date of delivery) to return an item.

For jewelry purchased in person, you have 30 calendar days (starting from date of purchase) to return an item (see exceptions below).

Return and Refunds Policy

  • For a refund, we only accept Carmin & Flint jewelry with the original tags attached.
  • The merchandise must be unwashed, unworn and unused.
  • Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Abusive wear

Warranty does not cover any damage or repairs that occur with the normal wear of the jewelry or any abusive wear. Normal wear will cause all precious metals to wear down with time. Abusive wear results from improper handling of the jewelry or accidents, for example catching a necklace chain on something.

Necklace chains and leather cords

Warranty does not cover any damage or repairs of necklace chains, leather cords or jump rings. As a safety measure, jump rings are made to open when a chain or cord catches on something by accident.

Items on sale, personalized or made to order

Items on sale, personalized or made to order cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable.

Items damaged in transport or incorrect

In the event you should receive your order and it is damaged or you received the wrong item, we will issue you a replacement. If we are sold out of the product, we will issue you a refund.

How to return your item

  • IMPORTANT! Email us first at info@carminflint.com for a Return Authorization Number
  • Please do not send your item back without your Return Authorization Number
  • Proof of payment must accompany the return
  • Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded, and return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the sender
  • Packages “refused”, “returned to sender” or sent back to us without prior notice will not be accepted and will not be refunded
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping to us or for any duty fees necessary to retrieve a package
  • When returning the product, describe the item as a "Return and Repair" and declare the amount as $0. This should avoid customs charges
