Carmin & Flint uses Canada Post postal service to ensure the best possible delivery service is available to our customers.

Responsibility of Shipping Carrier

The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier.

Items lost and shipping charges incurred due to incorrect shipping information are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.

Duties and Fees

There may be Custom Duties and Taxes applicable to your order when you are importing into your country. Please check with your Customs Office for details.

We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

Buyers are responsible for any and all import taxes, custom duties, local taxes and fees that may be incurred when importing jewelry. Should you refuse to pay these fees and the items are returned to us, a $10 restocking fee plus all shipping charges will be deducted from refundable merchandise.

In the event that you wish to return your item for exchange or refund, Carmin & Flint is unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.

Customer shipping information

Items will be shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. For Paypal payments, please ensure that your Paypal address is correct and up-to-date.
