• Canada: Free shipping to Canada on orders of CAD $100 and over.
  
• International: Shipping cost calculated at checkout.

• To USA: 5 to 13 business days

International Shipping

Shipping cost for international orders will be calculated at checkout and is based on weight.

We use Canada Post postal service to ensure that the best possible delivery service is available to our customers.

Tracking

You will receive an email when your package ships, along with the tracking information for your package.

Duties and Fees

There may be Custom Duties and Taxes applicable to your order when you are importing into your country. Please check with your Customs Office for details.

We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

Buyers are responsible for any and all import taxes, custom duties, local taxes and fees that may be incurred when importing jewelry. Should you refuse to pay these fees and the items are returned to us, a $10 restocking fee plus all shipping charges will be deducted from refundable merchandise.

In the event that you wish to return your item for exchange or refund, we are unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.

Customer address information

Items will be shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Items lost and shipping charges incurred due to incorrect shipping information are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for the cost of lost or returned packages due to a wrong address.
