Caring for Your Pearl Jewelry

To avoid getting excess moisture in the drill holes, never immerse your pearls in the soap and water mixture. Follow these instructions.

Wet a soft cloth or a soft brush (not a toothbrush) with the soap and warm water mixture and carefully wipe the pearls. Make sure you use mild soap only (no other cleaning solution).

Dry your pearls with a lint-free cloth. Never use a hair dryer or any heat producing appliance to dry pearls.

Apply your perfumes, colognes, and hairsprays before you put on your pearl jewelry because they react to acids and alcohols.

Avoid doing household or outdoor chores while wearing pearls.

Processing time: Most of our items require an adjustment and a final polish before they are packed and shipped to you. Please allow a few days to provide this service.

You have 30 days (starting from the date of delivery) to return an item (see exceptions below).

Custom, personalized orders and sales items: due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for them unless they arrived damaged or defective.
