This sterling silver "Ciara" ring is handmade using a technique called water casting. I melt silver and pour the molten silver into cold water!

The resulting organic shape creates a cup that imitates nature in a beautiful way. The silver cup is then soldered onto a sterling silver ring. Finally, the lovely cultured pearl is mounted on top of the cup to finish your ring.

Caring for Your Pearl Jewelry

To avoid getting excess moisture in the drill holes, never immerse your pearls in the soap and water mixture. Follow these instructions.

Wet a soft cloth or a soft brush (not a toothbrush) with the soap and warm water mixture and carefully wipe the pearls. Make sure you use mild soap only (no other cleaning solution).

Dry your pearls with a lint-free cloth. Never use a hair dryer or any heat producing appliance to dry pearls.

Apply your perfumes, colognes, and hairsprays before you put on your pearl jewelry because they react to acids and alcohols.

Avoid doing household or outdoor chores while wearing pearls.
